Submitting a request begins a conversation with Florida Aqua Solutions. It does not confirm an appointment, approve work or take payment.
Free online Water MRI demo
The free online demo takes 30–60 minutes and explains proposed drainage work and an initial quote. FAS needs four wide ground-level corner views of the home and photos of the affected areas to prepare it. Photos are uploaded with the Jobber request form; existing videos are optional and can be shared by link. Martha calls to qualify the request and confirm the appointment; nothing is booked or charged automatically.
If you proceed with the initial proposal, a payment of 5% of the accepted initial quote arranges on-site verification of levels, routes, the outlet, the drain type and any pump need. After you approve the verified work and price, you pay the remaining amount needed to reach a total one-third installation deposit. The dollars you already paid are included in that total, not added to it. If the verified price changes, FAS credits the actual dollars paid toward the total one-third deposit rather than recalculating 5% of the new price, and any changed scope or price requires your approval. Installation scheduling follows.
Free foundation inspection
FAS also offers free foundation inspection appointments. FAS confirms the appointment separately. Any proposed repair work is discussed and agreed separately.
$195 drainage Field Assessment
You can request an on-site drainage assessment directly. FAS confirms the arrangements, then collects the $195 before the visit. If you proceed with installation, the $195 is credited once toward your project and the total one-third installation deposit. There is no preliminary 5% step on this path. After approving the work and price, you pay the remainder of the deposit before installation scheduling.
Paid tests and reports
The Rain Leak Test is $249 and the Drainage Camera Scope is $349. Each includes written findings, and each fee is credited once toward resulting FAS work if you proceed. A camera recording alone does not measure pipe grade or flow capacity. The Drainage Condition Report is a separate paid service; FAS confirms its scope and quotes its fee before the appointment. Martha confirms access, arrangements and any payment due before the visit. Installation and repairs are agreed and priced separately.
What the visual examples show
Water MRI supports discussion of your property and proposed drainage work. Website images are saved development renders from separate prototypes, not output from a single finished system. Proposed routes do not establish the location of buried pipes or completed installations.
The online view is not a survey, a construction-ready design, an instant scan of a property or a guarantee of storm performance. Site conditions and the proposed installation need verification. Read what FAS checks on site.
The visual examples do not replace qualified inspections or professional services needed for purchase, structural, permitting or construction decisions.
Written project terms
The property-specific scope and quote define the proposed work. Any revised work or price comes back for your approval. The applicable written quote and company terms govern project arrangements, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds. This page does not replace those documents.
