Foundation inspection appointments are free. For drainage, start with a free 30–60 minutes online Water MRI demo or a $195 on-site Field Assessment. Specialist diagnostic work, drainage installation and repairs are agreed and priced separately.
PAID TESTS & REPORTS

The $249 Rain Leak Test includes controlled water testing, photos and written findings; the fee is credited toward resulting repair work that FAS performs. The $349 Drainage Camera Scope includes a recording and written findings; the fee is credited toward repair or replacement that FAS performs. The Drainage Condition Report provides a written drainage assessment for buyers, sellers and agents, with the fee quoted by FAS.
Each is a separate paid service. Martha from FAS confirms the scope and collects the fee before the appointment. No payment is taken with a request.
