Yes. Request a free foundation inspection and Martha from FAS will call to confirm the appointment. Any proposed repair work is discussed and agreed separately.
In 30–60 minutes, FAS shows the proposed drainage work using a view of your property prepared from your photos and reviews an initial quote. Before the demo, send wide ground-level photos from all four corners of the house and photos of the affected areas. You can ask questions before deciding whether to go ahead.
You pay 5% of the project total for on-site verification. FAS checks levels, routes, outlets, the services selected and whether a pump may be needed, then brings any revised work and price back for your approval. The 5% counts toward the project and toward the total one-third installation deposit, so you pay only the remainder before installation scheduling. For example, if a $9,000 proposal stays at $9,000, the 5% is $450, the one-third deposit is $3,000 and $2,550 more is due.
Yes. If you go ahead, the $195 is credited toward your project and the total one-third installation deposit. There is no 5% step on this path. For a $9,000 project, that deposit is $3,000; after the $195 credit, $2,805 more is due.
No payment is taken with your request. Submitting the Jobber form sends your request to FAS. Martha from FAS then calls to go over your concern, confirm the scope, collect any applicable fee and schedule the appointment. A request is not a confirmed appointment. FAS’s existing written cancellation and refund terms apply and are provided for your review with the Jobber quote or payment request before any payment.
The Rain Leak Test is $249 and the Drainage Camera Scope is $349. The Rain Leak Test fee is credited toward resulting work that FAS performs. The Drainage Camera Scope fee is credited toward resulting repair or replacement work that FAS performs. The Drainage Condition Report is also a paid service; FAS confirms its scope and fee before the appointment.
