OUR PROCESS
Every step.
Understood.
From your first question to an agreed, site-verified proposal.
A request starts
a conversation.
Choose the appointment or tell us what happens when it rains. FAS follows up to confirm the concern, the information needed and the next step. A request does not automatically book an appointment or take payment.
Share the setting.
Describe the affected areas and any existing drains. For Water MRI, provide wide ground-level photos from all four corners of the building and the affected areas. Existing videos are optional.
Choose how to begin.
Review the six starting options and their fees. Foundation inspections and online Water MRI demos are free. An installation or repair quote is separate from an assessment or test.
Confirm the visit.
Staff arranges the Field Assessment or post-demo verification first. Pay the $195 before the visit. A direct Field Assessment typically takes 1.5–2 hours and has no additional verification fee.
Review what the site supports.
Discuss the proposed work, actual levels, routes, outlets and any pump needs. Confirm the scope and price before approving installation.
Approve the agreed project.
If you proceed, the $195 is credited once toward the project and the total initial one-third installation deposit. Pay only the remainder needed to reach that total. On the Water MRI path, confirm the work and price and sign the project documents at verification.
A different question.
A different starting point.
The $249 Rain Leak Test and $349 Existing Drainage Inspection / Camera Scope have separate scopes. Their paid fees are credited when FAS offers appropriate services and you contract FAS for that work. The Drainage Condition Report costs $249–$595 depending on property size and needs; exact scope and fee are confirmed before work.
Compare all six options ↗Speak with the team.
Telephone calls go first to ReceptionHQ intake. Garland or Marta follows up with you. Describe your property and preferred way to be contacted so the team can prepare for that conversation.
