BEFORE YOUR WATER MRI DEMO
Photos needed before your Water MRI demo
FAS prepares your demo from your photos. Please send them before the demo so the proposed work can be prepared.
- Stand at each of the four outside corners of the house. From each corner, take a wide photo at ground level that shows the walls, roof edge, downspouts and yard near that corner.
- Use the normal (1×) or wide (0.5×) camera setting on your phone. Please do not use fisheye, panorama or distortion effects.
- Let neighboring photos overlap, so the same downspouts, doors, fences or trees appear in more than one picture.
- Photograph each affected area: where water stands, enters, runs or washes soil away. Photos taken during or soon after rain help.
- Existing videos are optional. If you have them, add a sharing link (such as a cloud or video link) in the Jobber request form. Video files are not uploaded with the request.
Photos help FAS prepare the proposed work and an initial quote. They are not a survey. Levels, routes, outlets and any pump need are checked on site before you approve the final work and price.
BEFORE INSTALLATION
Check the property and approve the work.
The online demo explains the proposed work and initial quote. If you go ahead, 5% of the project total pays for on-site verification: FAS checks levels, routes, outlets, the services selected and whether a pump may be needed. Any changes to the work or price come back to you for approval. On the $195 Field Assessment path, the assessment happens on site, so there is no separate 5% step.
Complete the total one-third deposit.
On the online demo path, the 5% on-site verification payment counts toward your project total and the total one-third installation deposit. On the Field Assessment path, the $195 is credited once toward your FAS project and that total deposit. Either way, you approve the verified work and price, then pay only the remaining amount needed to reach one-third before installation scheduling.
Online demo path, if a $9,000 project stays at $9,000: The one-third deposit is $3,000. The 5% verification payment is $450, so $2,550 more completes the installation deposit.
Field Assessment path, same $9,000 project: The one-third deposit is $3,000. After the $195 Field Assessment credit, $2,805 more completes the installation deposit.
Paid tests and reports.
These are separate paid services you can request directly. They are not part of the free demo or the $195 Field Assessment.
Appointments and payments are confirmed separately.
The website does not take payment, and a request is not a confirmed appointment. After you submit, Martha from FAS calls to go over your concern, confirm the scope, collect any applicable fee and schedule the appointment. Existing written quote and company terms govern cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.
