Drainage: start online or on site.

Choose a free 30–60-minute online Water MRI demo or a $195 on-site Field Assessment. The demo is prepared from your photos: wide ground-level views from all four corners of the house plus the affected areas. The $195 is paid after arrangements are confirmed and before the visit, and it is credited once toward your FAS project and total one-third installation deposit if you go ahead.

Need a particular test or report?

Rain Leak Test: $249. The $249 is credited toward resulting repair work that FAS performs.
Drainage Camera Scope: $349. The $349 is credited toward repair or replacement that FAS performs.
Drainage Condition Report for buyers, sellers and agents: fee quoted by FAS.
