The website does not take payment, and a request is not a confirmed appointment. After you submit, Martha from FAS calls to go over your concern, confirm the scope, collect any applicable fee and schedule the appointment.

Free foundation inspection.

Foundation inspection appointments are free. Martha from FAS calls to confirm the appointment. Any proposed repair work is discussed and agreed separately.

Free online Water MRI demo.

The online demo takes 30–60 minutes and explains proposed drainage work and an initial quote. Before FAS prepares the demo, you send wide ground-level photos from all four corners of the house and photos of the affected areas. Existing videos are optional and can be shared by adding a link in the Jobber request form. If you proceed after the demo and initial proposal, you pay 5% of the accepted initial quote for on-site verification. You then approve the verified or revised scope and price; any changed scope or price requires your approval. The actual dollars you paid remain credited toward the project total and the total one-third installation deposit, even if the verified price changes, so you pay only the remaining amount needed to reach one-third. Installation scheduling follows.

$195 drainage Field Assessment.

You can request an on-site drainage assessment directly. Martha from FAS confirms the arrangements, then collects the $195 before the visit. If you proceed, the $195 is credited once toward the resulting FAS project and the total one-third installation deposit. There is no separate 5% step on this path. After approving the work and price, you pay the remainder of the deposit before installation scheduling.

Paid tests and reports.

The $249 Rain Leak Test, $349 Drainage Camera Scope and Drainage Condition Report are separate paid services. FAS quotes the Drainage Condition Report fee. Martha from FAS confirms the scope, access requirements and fee before the appointment. If FAS performs the resulting repair work, the $249 Rain Leak Test fee is credited toward it. If FAS performs the resulting repair or replacement, the $349 Drainage Camera Scope fee is credited toward that work. Installation and repairs are agreed and priced separately.

The agreed scope defines the work.

Service descriptions, illustrations and example imagery explain possibilities. They do not establish conditions at your property or replace a property-specific scope and quote. Any revised work or price comes back for your approval.

Water MRI website images are saved development examples. Proposed routes do not locate buried pipes or prove completed installations. The online view is not a survey, a construction-ready design, an instant scan or a guarantee of storm performance. Site conditions need verification.

Written project terms.

The applicable written quote and company terms govern project arrangements, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds. This page explains the starting process and does not replace those documents.
