Florida Aqua Solutions provides drainage and foundation services in Central Florida. We consider where water comes from, where it collects and where a proposed system will take it.
Our work includes yard drainage, roof runoff, camera inspection, rain-leak detection, pumps, permanent wellpoint dewatering or foundation work. The conditions at your property determine the work we recommend.

Foundation inspection appointments are free. FAS inspects the concern, discusses the findings and confirms any proposed work separately. Request a free foundation inspection.
For drainage work, Water MRI gives us a way to look at a property together and explain proposed work. The free online demo takes about 30 minutes and includes an initial quote.
If you proceed, a 5% project deposit schedules site verification. You approve the verified scope and price, then pay the remaining amount needed to reach the total one-third installation deposit before installation scheduling. The earlier 5% is included in that total.
For drainage concerns, you can also begin with a $195 on-site Field Assessment. The fee is paid before the arranged visit and, if you proceed, credited toward the total one-third installation deposit. This path has no 5% step.
