GPM means gallons per minute. This assumes all rain on the roof becomes runoff; it does not include water coming from the yard or neighboring ground.
The calculation: gallons = roof footprint in square feet × total rainfall in inches × 144 ÷ 231. GPM = gallons ÷ minutes. The starting example is 2,000 sq ft × 3 inches × 144 ÷ 231 = 3,740.3 gallons in one hour, or 62.34 GPM.

Foundation inspection appointments are free. Request a free foundation inspection and FAS will confirm arrangements separately.
For drainage work, the free online Water MRI demo takes 30–60 minutes and explains the proposed work and an initial quote. You can instead request a $195 on-site drainage Field Assessment, paid before the visit after arrangements are confirmed.
If you proceed after the drainage Field Assessment, the $195 fee is credited toward the total one-third installation deposit. This path has no preliminary 5% payment. Our project process explains both drainage payment paths.
