What happens after your request.
Start with the free demo. You decide whether to go ahead after reviewing the proposed work and initial quote. Your request goes to FAS through Jobber; Martha calls to qualify the request and confirm arrangements. Nothing is booked or charged automatically.
The dollars you paid for verification count toward this total.
Send your request and property photos.
Tell us the address and what is happening. Upload four wide ground-level views, one from each corner of the home, plus photos of the affected areas. Share existing videos through a link if available. Martha calls to qualify the request, confirm the photos and arrange your free 30–60-minute online demo.
See the work and initial quote.
FAS uses your photos and available property information to explain the proposed drainage work and initial quote. Discuss collection points, routes, outlets and the questions to check on site before deciding whether to go ahead.
Pay 5% to arrange site verification.
If you accept the initial proposal and choose to proceed, pay 5% of the project total through Jobber to arrange on-site verification. The dollars you pay are credited toward your project and included in the total one-third installation deposit.
Have FAS check the property.
FAS checks ground levels, route slope, connections, outlet suitability, access and the drain type. Those checks may change the collection method, route or need for a pump. FAS updates the proposed work and quote as needed.
Approve the verified work and price.
Review the work and quote after the site checks. Any changes come back to you for approval before installation.
Complete the total one-third deposit.
Pay the remaining amount needed to reach one-third of the approved price. The amount you already paid for verification is included, not added. If the price changed, FAS credits the dollars you actually paid rather than recalculating 5% of the new price.
Schedule installation.
Once you approve the verified work and price and complete the total one-third deposit, FAS arranges installation scheduling.
Starting at your property
Choose a $195 drainage Field Assessment.
Have FAS assess the drainage problem at your property first. You do not need the online demo before requesting a visit.
Martha confirms the visit arrangements, then you pay the $195 through Jobber before the appointment.
If you go ahead, approve the proposed work and price, then pay the remaining amount needed to reach the total one-third installation deposit. The $195 is credited once toward your project and counts toward that total. There is no 5% step on this path. Installation scheduling follows.
For a $9,000 project, one-third is $3,000. After the $195 credit, $2,805 more completes the installation deposit.
Installation, repairs and any additional testing are agreed and priced separately from the assessment.

Online demo and site checks
What still needs to be checked on site.
Water MRI shows the proposed drainage work so you can review it with FAS. Site checks confirm the conditions before you approve the work and price.
- Photos, ground levels and available LiDAR
- Your photos, observations and available mapping or LiDAR help FAS prepare an initial concept. They do not establish surveyed boundaries or confirm the slope along a proposed pipe route. FAS verifies the relevant levels on site.
- Existing drains and proposed work
- The view shows where new drainage is proposed. A line on the view does not confirm the location of an existing buried pipe or show that work has already been installed. A drainage camera can show the inside of accessible pipe, but a camera alone does not measure grade or flow capacity.
- Examples on this website
- These saved development renders show how proposed work can be discussed. They come from separate development prototypes, not a single finished tool. Entering an address does not produce an instant scan or live simulation. The examples do not prove that a model matches measured conditions at your property.
- Measurements and discharge
- FAS checks the actual conditions, dimensions, pipe routes and discharge arrangements. These findings may change the collection method—for example, a basin, French drain or channel drain—or show that a pump is needed. You approve any revised scope and price before installation. The online demo is not a construction-ready design or a guarantee of performance in a storm.
Property purchases, permits and structural questions may need qualified inspections or other professional services. The online demo does not replace those services.
Before you request an appointment
Do I have to start with Water MRI?
No. For drainage concerns, you can request a $195 on-site Field Assessment directly. Foundation inspection appointments are free; request one from FAS.
Which photos do I need?
Upload a wide ground-level photo from each of the four corners of the home, taken with your phone’s normal or wide setting, plus photos of the affected areas. Include surrounding ground, nearby downspouts and existing drains. Videos are optional; share existing clips through a link in the request form. See the photo checklist.
Is the 5% added to the one-third deposit?
No. The 5% is part of the total one-third installation deposit. After you approve the verified work and price, you pay the remaining amount needed to reach that total. For a $9,000 project that stays at that price, the 5% is $450, the one-third deposit is $3,000 and $2,550 more is due.
What if the price changes after verification?
You approve any revised scope and price first. The dollars you actually paid for verification are credited; they are not recalculated as 5% of the new price. For example, if a $9,000 initial proposal becomes $10,500 after verification, you have already paid $450. The one-third deposit on $10,500 is $3,500, so $3,050 more completes it.
Can I enter an address and get an instant result?
No. Request a demo with FAS to review the property, proposed work and initial quote. This website does not automatically scan an address or run a public property simulation.
Does requesting a demo charge me or confirm a visit?
No. The online demo is free. Martha calls to qualify your request, confirm the necessary photos and arrange the appointment. FAS sends any later payment request separately through Jobber.
