Show us the home and the water problem.
We need photos to prepare a useful property review. A phone camera is enough.
Four corners of the home
From each outside corner, take one wide photo at ground level showing the walls, downspouts and surrounding ground. Your phone’s normal or wide (0.5×) setting works well. No fisheye or special lens is needed.
The affected areas
Show where water collects or enters, plus nearby downspouts, drains and possible outlets. Include a wider view and a closer view of each concern.
Videos, if you have them
Videos are optional. The request form uploads photos only, so paste a sharing link to any existing clips of water moving or standing after rain. Take photos from ground level when conditions are safe; there is no need to go out during a storm.

The online appointment is free. Send your request through Jobber; Martha calls to discuss the problem, check the photos and confirm the right appointment. Submitting a request does not take payment or book an appointment automatically.

If you proceed with the initial proposal, pay 5% of the project total through Jobber. FAS then checks levels, routes, the outlet, the drain type and any pump need on site.

Approve the verified scope and price, including any changes. Then pay the remaining amount to reach the total one-third installation deposit—the dollars you already paid are included, not added—before scheduling installation.

Who walks me through the property?
FAS prepares the visual explanation and meets with you online. It is a conversation about your property and proposed drainage work.
What photos do I need?
Four wide ground-level views—one from each corner of the home—plus photos of the affected areas are required to prepare the demo. Videos are optional; share existing clips with a link in the request form. Use the photo checklist.
Does the free demo include an initial quote?
Yes. You discuss the proposed drainage work and initial quote during your free 30–60-minute appointment. If you proceed, a payment of 5% of the project total covers the next step: on-site verification. The dollars you pay are credited toward your project and included in the total one-third installation deposit, even if the verified price changes.
Can it show existing underground pipes?
The lines in the example show proposed routes. The online view does not locate buried pipes or verify site levels. See what Water MRI can show.
What if I need documentation for a property decision?
The paid Drainage Condition Report is a separate service for agents, buyers, sellers and owners who need written condition findings. FAS quotes its fee separately. Explore the property report.
