Supply wide ground-level photos from the four corners of your home, photos of the affected areas and a sharing link to any videos you already have. Show where water collects, when it appears and what you have already tried. The property view helps FAS explain how proposed drainage work relates to the house and surrounding ground.

After the free demo and initial proposal, a payment of 5% of the project total arranges site verification. FAS checks actual levels, pipe routes, the outlet and discharge arrangements, including whether the drain type or need for a pump changes. You approve the verified work and price, then pay the remaining amount to reach the total one-third installation deposit. The dollars you already paid are included, even if the price changes. Installation scheduling follows.
