A useful next step

Water inside a building can have different causes. Rain entering through a roof, wall, window or door may call for a Rain Leak Test. Water coming up from the ground or collecting at the wall and floor may need a drainage or pump review. Tell FAS where and when you notice it so the team can help choose the right next step.

For cracks, uneven floors or doors that start to stick, ask about a free foundation inspection. This film shows interior wall-base work; it is not foundation repair.
